Mocha Frap? Yes, please!

I LOVE coffee!   Anyone who knows me know this.  I have a coffee addiction....shhhh, don't tell!  Well, I trust you will keep it a secret.  So, want to know how to make a healthy Mocha Frap?  Ok, here goes -

5 oz cold coffee

5 oz almond milk {or milk of your choice}
1 t honey
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 c ice

Put in a blender, mix and enjoy!


A healthy mocha frap....yummo!!!!
